Q. How do I become a Member?
A. Click the JOIN NOW logo on my Home Page. I accept most major credit cards and cash. You select your own Username and Password. Once payment is complete you can access the Members galleries immediately.
Q. I don't have a credit card. What can I do to join you?
A. I can arrange a cash payment for you. Use this Contact Me. link or the Contact Me link on the top of every primmheels.com page and I will give you details of where to send your payment. If you prefer simply e-mail me: primmheels@gmail.com
Q. How do I cancel my subscription?
A. Simply log into your ccBILL or PayPal account and click 'cancel subscription' or e-mail me at primmheels@gmail.com and I'll cancel it for you.
Q. How many extra photos will I see?
A. This varies. Some galleries will have a full page of photos, others will have several pages. Normally between 40 and 360 depending on how hot I got.
Q. I've paid via ccBILL, how do I login to my account?
A. Click the CCBILL Members button on the Member Access menu which you will find at the top right hand corner of every screen on the site
Q. I've paid via PayPal, how do I login to my account?
A. Click the PayPal Members button on the Member Access menu which you will find at the top right hand corner of every screen on the site
Q. I've paid by cash, how do I login to my account?
A. I will send you your initial username and password as if you were paying by PayPal. Click the PayPal Members button on the Member Access menu which you will find at the top right hand corner of every screen on the site
Q. I can only see small photographs. How do I make them larger?
A. Click any photograph, this will give you a much larger view. If you want to see an even bigger image, go to the bottom of the enlarged photo and click where it says "Display size automatically limited, click to view full size"
Q. I forgot my username. I forgot my password. What can I do?
A. No problem. Just Contact Me. or e-mail me: primmheels@gmail.com. Make your self identifiable and I'll reset your details.
Q. Can I write to you?
A. Of course. I encourage it! Simply Contact Me. or e-mail me: primmheels@gmail.com. I always personally reply to any messages I receive. The site runs for you and I love to know what you'd like from me, your fantasies and stories.
Q. I can't see all of the site.
A1. Maybe you are not a full member? If not then JOIN NOW!
A2. The site is tested with Firefox web browser running at 1280x1024 resolution. Firefox is guaranteed to work and can be downloaded free from: spreadfirefox.com.
Q. I can't view the videos. (applies to crashintosh and windoze users only)
A. All videos are available in both avi contained Xvid AND flv (YouTube) format. Problems viewing videos can be solved by downloading VLC which is free from:
http://www.videolan.org/vlc/
Q. How do I see the extra photos exclusive to Members?
A. Select the gallery you wish to view. Everyone will see 1 or 2 preview photographs. If you are a member and you have logged in then above these you will also see the "Members Only Click Here" link. Click that link and you will access the full Members Gallery. Here are screen shots taken from my website running the Firefox browser under Linux. Non Linux users will see something very similar.

Q. Could I attend one of your photo sessions?
A. Yes. I will be having an open photo session once a month for any Members who would like to attend. It is strictly viewing only, but guaranteed fun!! Email me for dates and times: primmheels@gmail.com.
